Article 1: Parties

Buyer: The parent/guardian over 18 identified in the order form: first and last name · email · telephone.
Article 2: Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the Annual Discovery digital service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's cosmoverse.app website, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3: Service features and price
The service grants access to all published discovery content in the Science, Earth and Space universes of the CosmoVerse application throughout the subscription period, starting when access begins. The Annual Discovery Package provides 12 months of access.
Price: TRY 2,600 / year, including all taxes. There are no additional charges. Prices are valid as of the date published on the website.
Article 4: Payment and performance
Payment is made by credit/debit card on the secure payment provider's page. The Seller never records card details. Access information is sent by email and WhatsApp following payment confirmation. The service is performed immediately in electronic form.
Article 5: Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. At checkout, the Buyer acknowledges reading the Pre-contractual Information Form, expressly consenting to immediate performance and accepting that this results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are provided for duplicate payments and failure to provide the service due to a technical fault attributable to the Seller, as set out in the Delivery and Refund Terms (Turkish).
Article 6: Renewal and termination
The package renews on the same terms at the end of the period. The Buyer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and access continues until then. Cancellation requests may be submitted through the application, by email or through WhatsApp.
Article 7: Terms of use
The account is opened in the name of a guardian over 18; the guardian creates the child's profile. Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, shared or used commercially. See the Terms of Use.
Article 8: Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice. Copies of the agreement and pre-contractual information are emailed to the Buyer and retained for 10 years.
Article 9: Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those thresholds.
Article 10: Entry into force
The agreement enters into force on the date of the Buyer's electronic approval at checkout. The order number is generated upon order confirmation.
