1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of the cosmoverse.app website and the CosmoVerse mobile application. By using the website or purchasing a package, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.
2. Account and age
Only a parent/guardian over 18 may open an account. The guardian creates the child's profile, which is linked to the guardian's account. Accounts are not opened for children under 8. The guardian is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
3. Licence and intellectual property
Application content (text, animation, video, images, audio and scientist cards) and website design belong to ROOK AI Neuromarketing Teknoloji A.Ş. and are protected by copyright. The purchased package grants access to content for personal, non-commercial use throughout the period; content may not be copied, recorded, shared or republished.
4. Acceptable use
Reverse engineering the application, sharing access credentials with third parties, collecting content using automated tools or taking actions that disrupt the service is prohibited.
5. Content and accuracy
Scientific content is based on current literature; verse contexts are based on Quran translations and exegesis sources, and content is reviewed for age appropriateness. Errors may be reported to cosmoverseofficialapp@gmail.com; content is updated regularly.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”; reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted access. The Delivery and Refund Terms (Turkish) apply to prolonged interruptions attributable to us. The application is educational and does not replace formal education or professional advice.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes are notified by email and the update date is revised.
8. Applicable law
Turkish law applies. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes.
